The Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) is an auxiliary group in the church that all women should belong to. The WMU supports the spiritual, physical, emotional, financial, and material well-being of women in the church. Known as CO Laborers, together with Christ, the women meet each Wednesday for Prayer sessions, Bible study, Skill training, and Educational seminars, among other activities.

Our mission is to empower women to build Christian homes and raise the next generation of women to lead. Besides the core function of praying for the Church, the Women’s Ministry embraces all the women in the Church from all walks of life.

At Peace Community Baptist Church, music is very important. The Music Ministry is largely in charge of music ministry for various church services such as Sunday and Friday gatherings. The Breath of Life’s music rehearsals take place every other week on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Rehearsal sessions focus on teachings that equip music ministers to be competent in their ministry and help them grasp what it means to be a part of a team that leads the congregation to the throne of grace.

In conformity with the vision and mission of the Peace Community Baptist Church, the Youth Ministry was established to equip the young men and women in the church to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. And to seek the advancement of the kingdom of God. We exist to be men and women empowered for global impact.

As an auxiliary group of the church we cooperate with the Youth of the Baptist churches of the North America Baptist Youth Association and other churches in New York in ministering to other Youth of the world.

Moreover, we teach the Youth Baptist beliefs and practices and encourage them to discover and achieve their full God-given potential.
